Clockwork Catering was created in 2008 to fill a void in the New York City catering market, the need for personalized event planning and execution at truly the highest level. After garnering fine dining experience running the lines at Brasserie 8 1/2, Striphouse, and Capitale I took over as Executive Chef for Ian Schrager's first boutique hotel, Royalton. It was during those years I learned that the real value and reward in this business comes from exceeding the guest's expectations, and that was what was lacking in the city's catering options at that time.

I have had the good fortune to cook for Hilary Clinton, Marc Ecko, Jay Z, Beyonce and Anna Wintour at various times through my career. As consulting Chef for Marc Ecko Enterprises, I had the opportunity to cook for 40 members of the CFDA, some of the most discerning palates in the fashion industry including Diane Von Furstenberg, Kate Spade and Marc Jacobs. I have executed events for Morgan Stanley, MTV, Sephora, and AMG Productions.
I can customize a menu for 2 to 2000 people, and take care of all of the details to ensure you get the same four-star experience you would expect in any of the cities finest artisan eateries. I can prepare lunches that will wow your clients when you call on them, prepare or outsource personalized culinary gifts from freshly dipped chocolates to a 4 hour cooking class for 5 to 15. I will execute the events humbly and precisely, focusing on sourcing the finest local ingredients, using attractive eco-friendly packaging, and delivering 4-star customer service.
